Upbit is a digital-asset exchange operated in South Korea by Dunamu. Its market interface includes XRP trading and its support materials govern deposits and withdrawals for listed assets. An exchange balance can represent assets held for many customers. Listing XRP supports access and liquidity, but it does not establish that the exchange or every customer is a long-term XRP holder.
